“The State of Israel vs. The Jews” by the French-Jewish journalist and writer Sylvain Cypel. Incredibly rich in content, detail, historical facts, and substance, this book made me reminisce and reflect upon my own personal situation as someone with two competing identities, one global and one ancestral, and how many of us eventually had to face the difficult tradeoff that has to be made between the two of them, especially in this particular day and age.
