Another very important and noteworthy point to make is that this particular and specific conflict between Israel and Palestine and the broader and more general conflict between West and East are information wars above all else. The information imbalance at the start of the 21st century which favored the West and Israel led to Islamophobia on a grand scale. Now, with the advances and evolutions of the internet and social media, antisemitism is on the rise, and the consumption of conventional Western media has shifted to the internet and social media by more than half, perhaps even by two-thirds, according to some estimates. It follows that the West and Israel are losing the global information war, and it is most likely through this global information war whereby the particular and specific conflict of Israel and Palestine and the broader and more general conflict between West and East will be decided in the very end.
