All of the aforementioned, however, is contingent or dependent upon our frame or frame analysis. Whether we look West or East or towards both poles, all of our observations and all of our analysis is contingent and dependent upon our frame or frame analysis. All is superfluous and meaningless without the frame and the analysis which ensues from the frame. Whether it is the issue of American relative decline and Donald Trump or Russia and Vladimir Putin or China’s rise and the consolidation of one-man rule in China by Xi Jinping, all of these phenomena of international affairs are contingent or dependent upon a deeper and more subtle phenomena of international affairs, namely, our frame and our ‘frame analysis.’ Nevertheless, we will now look at Xi Jinping, considering how China is now consolidated by the Chinese Communist Party, and how the Chinese Communist Party is being consolidated by Xi Jinping.
