In sum, the balance of power, the Sino-Russian alliance, and the fact that Washington has no real and actual doctrine and method and strategy when it comes to dealing with both the balance of power and the Sino-Russian alliance means that Washington is ill-equipped when it comes to handling the challenges and dilemmas that it faces in terms of its overall position as a triangular major power alongside China and Russia in the international system, both on a domestic level and on an international level. Simply put, the dilemmas and problems outweigh and outnumber the fixes and solutions for Washington at this point in time.
