Fourth footnote to the post titled “Free to Make History”

The war economy of the Western ruling class has to come to an end. The war which the Western ruling class is waging against the East has to come to an end. For it is the war economy of the Western ruling class and the war against the East which is being waged by the Western ruling class that explains the relative decline of the West and the rise of the East. The West was the ideal place for human and social development. But the East is now rising, and the West is now in a state of relative decline as a result of war against the East and the war economy on the part of the Western ruling class.
