This ruling class within the ruling class was founded by a man named Cecil Rhodes, a late 19th and early 20th century English entrepreneur. Rhodes made the greatness and the racial superiority of the Anglo-Saxon the essential and hallmark feature or idea of his secret ruling elite within the ruling elite, and as a result of his will, the Anglo-American ruling class or elite has made it their mission to bring the whole world under their control. It is as simple as that. That is the basis or the impetus behind Anglo-American global hegemony in a nutshell.
