Last but not least…

I had a corned beef sandwich with Russian dressing on rye at a deli near my hotel. Had to stop at a deli before leaving. But my wife was out to do her hair, and when she came back, she was hungry. So what was my suggestion? Let’s go back to “The Russian Tea Room” so she could have lunch and I could have tea. As a snack, alongside the tea, which I should note is a Russian blend of Chinese and Indian black teas, is ‘Pirozhki.’ Fried dumplings, with chicken, lamb, and beef. You can also add the cherries and its syrup to the tea to sweeten it. I’ll have it plain. Officially, this has become my favorite place in all of New York City. Too bad I have to leave to catch the bus in about a half hour.
Bye New York. Love you. It took a while, but I finally fell in love with you. Will definitely miss you. Until next time.
