In sum, control and power is a matter of either force or persuasion. One or the other. And in the end, our world is now a world of persuasion rather than a world of brute force, for a number of reasons. In turn, persuasion is more a matter of learning and negotiation and less a matter of imposition and selling, to borrow from one communications expert.
