“Medium Rare Restaurant” is a steak frites restaurant with locations in different parts of the country. You don’t choose anything. It’s semi-authoritarian. All you choose is your drink and your dessert. That’s all. Fixed menu.
They asked if I wanted a side of portobello mushrooms. I said why not. I tend to keep an open mind. And they were tasty as hell.
