“Rats” as George W. Bush once called them. “Bureaucrats = Rats” as he said in a campaign commercial. What do rats have to offer? Especially after you’ve seen and witnessed miracles. Nothing. Rats and scum. Figurative and literal as well. I’ve seen them literally as well. It’s a rathole. And a depository for scum. In both a figurative and literal sense.
