Sainthood is given to someone. It’s not acquired by someone. It can be given to someone even if they don’t practice exoteric religion. After all, nationalism and religion are the greatest evils in the world. So it’s been given to her. For one reason or another. No one has to know the reason. Only the one who has been given it and the one who gives it can know the actual reason. And that reason is perhaps love. I would bet it’s because they are in love.
