Afghanistan, after all, comes from a vantage point that is backed with a culture and history which can assess and analyze what matters the most in world affairs, namely, the balance of power between America and Russia. Of course, East-West relations matters the most. But what matters even more and what supersedes East-West relations is the balance of power between America and Russia. And Afghanistan is in a position to analyze and assess it all best. Organized crime and open borders, both of which are intertwined, is not unique to America at the moment. Russia went through it too. Russia also went to Afghanistan and suffered from state collapse because of it. And then the state collapse led to organized crime and open borders in Russia. Until of course Putin came and put a lid on all of it. An intelligence officer in an embassy in Berlin who became unemployed after the state collapsed and then resurrected himself in order to resurrect the state. The same applies here. Go to Afghanistan, the state collapses, organized crime and open borders imposed by Biden we should note, his evil cabal was the worst thing to have ever happened to this country, and then someone or some group of individuals had to resurrect themselves, entrepreneurs in our case, in order to put a lid on all of it. So this is where we are right now. This is the present moment. Of course, the only vulnerability and danger is Trump deciding to unleash the cardinal evils of nationalism and religion embodied by Elise Stefanik and Marco Rubio. But we are a mirror image of what happened to Russia in the 1990’s. And Afghans are in a position to analyze and assess it all the best. Biculturalism is always an advantage and asset, as one of my grad school professors told me once.
