Moreover, knowledge is a matter of whether what we know corroborates with reality as a whole, or whether our understanding of reality is commensurate with reality itself. Wisdom is a matter of seeing ahead, into the future, as a result of knowledge. And when you see ahead as a result of wisdom, you are left with ‘asceticism’ (Zuhd). ‘Death before dying.’
