Russia calls its war in Ukraine a “special operation” which will continue “until all the goals and objectives of the operation have been met.” But the question is, what the hell does that even mean? In essence, it means sticking it to Washington on behalf of China and the ‘Global South’ and inducing the collapse of the American central government. That is what it means. And it is hard to digest.
