Appetite is half the soul. The other half is intellect. Appetite wants complete satisfaction and constant repetition of the past, as Freud argued. All of which is futile. Intellect puts a stop to all of it. Nor did I really have a taste for your type in the first place. So it is better to just let go and let God.
