Interestingly, the fusion tacos such as the beef bulgogi taco and Korean spicy chicken taco were much better than the original Mexican template tacos such as the beef birria or carne asada or fish or shrimp. I guess the whole fusion concept is picking up for a reason, namely, because it’s so much better.
