“Entyse.” Located in the lobby of the Ritz-Carlton in Tyson’s Galleria. Or “Tyson’s II” as they call it around here. There’s “Tyson’s I” and then there is “Tyson’s II.” Both are next door to one another. Down the street from one another. The former is for the masses. The latter is for bureaucrats and the elite and for rich foreign tourists. Extricate yourself from the petty culture wars somehow, and you end up here. Luxury.
I’m here for dessert and tea tonight. I had my dinner elsewhere, and for dessert and tea, intuition brought us here. From the dessert and wine menu, will go with the Warm chocolate cake with Madagascar vanilla bean ice cream.
And here’s your tea and liquor menu. Since I’m driving, I’ll go with Earl Grey. No review to come. The lesson has been learned.
