Rather than insisting on an anachronistic and obsolete Nietzschean morality and Hammurabian law and order, what people should be insisting on and encouraging is the refinement and sublimation of the basic impulses and instincts through education and fulfilling life experiences. But of course, no one wants to encourage these things or insist on these things anymore, for one twisted and nefarious reason or another.
