“B Side” (Part Five of The Review)

Note and FYI: The smashburger and the fried chicken sandwich with the smoked jalapeño jam and Alabama sauce are of course the better choices, much better than the Chicago Italian beef. But I guess you have to build up from something. Now that we know, we move onto the next best thing. We move onto what’s better. No need to constantly punish oneself for a decision and a judgment and mistake that could’ve been made better simply with just a little bit of patience and time and information.
