In one variation of the song, the word “beqarar” بيقرار is mentioned in the chorus. But it’s not required in the rendition of it. It means restive or restless. The West is a restive and restless society. Everyone is ready to take some sort of action. But it all needs a guide and a leader as well. Or a teacher and instructor. It needs direction and purpose. It lacks direction and purpose.
