‘Cedars’ located in Fairfax, Virginia. A place to just chill and smoke ‘hookah’ or ‘shisha’ as it is known in certain cases. I don’t drink or smoke too much, but I did back in the day. A “hookah bar” is probably the best place for a guy to daydream and reminisce about a girl and for a girl to gossip and flirt. Northern Virginia is known by some as ‘Northern Virginiastan’ due to its notable and sizable Middle Eastern and Asian population. There are more ‘hookah bars’ or ‘shisha lounges’ in this area than we can all account for. I’ve been exploring the ‘hookah’ scene or ‘shisha’ scene in Northern Virginia ever since I graduated high school almost twenty years ago. It also reminds me I’m getting old. I have friends who are experts in this stuff. They live and die by it. I know very little of it compared to them. They don’t even go anywhere because they make it themselves. But this one is by far my favorite, because both the price and quality are great. Rarely do you find a good combination of both price and quality. Everyone has a price! And quality always differs. But ‘Cedars’ offers the best combination of both price and quality. The exploration and the search is over. We’re down to just one. Plus, I always regret not being picky and stubborn in the end.
