In essence, the “international community” or “international society” is the domain or the realm of competing discourses. In the very end, we are deciphering or tackling a discourse. And discourse comes in three forms: the rhetorical – or persuasion – the dialectical, which involves conversation and debate, and the demonstrative, which involves truth through logic, reason, and syllogism (Ibn Rushd).
But as we said before, the final answer or the final truth is Shakespeare. Shakespeare is the main driver or impetus for the basic discourse in the West.
