“Cafe Milano.” The butt of many jokes. The butt of many jokes, but still considered the place where “the powerful come to be seen.” The most famous in DC, even if it might not be the actual best. Might not be the actual best. Might. We will give it a chance. It’s my first time trying it. I would give the top ranking in DC to Fiola Mare at this point. But let’s give it a try.
