Certainty. In a world of uncertainty, all we look for is certainty. One famous expression that came out of Washington during the Cold War was “all is uncertainty.” But there is no greater embodiment of certainty in my world than you, my love. In this lonely life as a hermit, monk, faqir, and saint, you are the musical certainty that comes as consolation for it. And that is all I want and need. I don’t want or need anything else.
