Arguably, at the root of all the calamities and fiascoes is none other than the combination of anxiety and stress. And whether we accept it or not, the combination of anxiety and stress comes from the combination of sinfulness and sexual repression. Hence, the call for the kind of recovery and recuperation that can come only from sincere and truthful atonement and repentance.

We are now far happier and healthier than we were before as a result of all this psychoanalytic work. Whether it is condemned or lauded is beside the point, it is a moot point, given that we are far happier and healthier than we were before. As a matter of fact, the agents of repression and resistance owe their very existence to this psychoanalytic work. And arguably, it brings us ever closer to the original and forbidden act which drove us to this point in the first place.
