Fourth Note to “Beem Ast Ki Sawdayat”

The overall scale and scope of basic reality itself is determined by none other than language, as Wittgenstein argued. Reality exists to the point by which language can represent reality. So we need to know the differences between languages as well in order to just simply know. There are elite languages, and there are vernacular languages. And to an extent, we know which are which, even if we are not full-fledged language experts like Chomsky or Wittgenstein.
