“Ambar” (The Review)

Oh man. Forget it. I don’t even know what to say. Both the concept behind it all and the food itself is amazing. Too good to be true. The beef prosciutto with the bread and spreads at the very beginning were kick ass, and so was the roasted lamb. The roasted lamb was nice and juicy, fatty, and salty. Those are what stood out to me the most. But the whole concept and menu is kick ass. Make sure to try out one of their various locations here in the DMV, or the one in Serbia if you’re there for some reason, or the one in Chicago. An eclectic range of places to have locations. But nothing about this place is normal. So eclectic is good I guess.
