The ravioli was more of an aphrodisiac than an appetizer, and the flatiron is actually my favorite cut. It’s my favorite cut, and I can make a good one myself, but you’ll be surprised to find that it’s actually one of the hardest cuts to find in a lot of restaurants. Like we said, exclusivity. Exclusivity and prestige is the leitmotiv and undercurrent. It’s our basic and overarching theme. And it was unavoidable and inevitable too, for a number of reasons. We aren’t like all the other internet and social media cheapskates. We just aren’t. I can’t do anything about it. I wanted to be an ordinary, happy person. But it didn’t turn out that way. Sorry.
