Guests here are actually called ‘tenants’ given the very limited number of rooms – there are only 45 of them – and in line with the history of once being an apartment cooperative. You pretty much have to be a legend yourself to make it here, let alone in one of their ‘grand lofts.’ So it’s cool. It’s nice. It’s an ego boost.
