My partner in crime is now absorbed into love (Majzoob) and out of her surroundings the way I was. Which means there’s no abandoning someone in that kind of state, the way the mystics and saints didn’t abandon me when I was in that state. Absorption pretty much means absorption out of one’s surroundings and into divine love, which requires being alone in it except for the accompaniment of a mystic or saint (Khalwa). It is a dangerous and risky endeavor and task, which requires guidance and instruction from a mystic or saint. But of course, the absorption is out of one’s control. Fate. Predestination.
