“Namak Mandi Shinwari” (The Review)

Apparently, what the line or border did was create two conflicting conceptions of what “dumpukht” is. On the Afghan side, it’s rice cooked into fatty lamb. On the Pakistani side, it’s this: fatty lamb cooked in a clay pot and sitting in so much tasty juice. I’ll take it. It’s not a problem for me. The juice was nice and salty and it woke me up from my slumber.
It also came with tandoori bread. Look at the presentation. So barbaric.
