“Mandi” or “Mandai” means “market” in Pashto. And a market is interchangeable and synonymous with what? Competition. A blog like this seeks to influence and persuade people in power rather than control them or employ force and violence against them. A market is defined as the sum or total of all the interactions and transactions which occur in the whole wide world. And this blog seeks to punch above its weight in the market. It seeks outsized influence in the market. Like a Waziri or Shinwari tribesman or militiaman taking on the biggest empires and militaries of their time.
