The basic impulse or instinct of all people – regardless of their race or religion – is to be free and prosperous, whereas the basic impulse and instinct of those at the very top is to control and repress everyone and to keep them poor and miserable. All of human history can be explained by this psychosocial paradigm, and nothing is new at the moment. Nothing has changed. The fight or the struggle against control and repression continues, even to this day, in many parts of the world, including here in the United States. It is most astonishing and incredible that the fight and struggle has to take place in an advanced and modern country and society such as the United States. But it is taking place here nonetheless.
