Decision and strategy – fuelled and enhanced by streams of knowledge and information – is the name of the game in New York and Washington – “The Power Corridor” – and specifically in regards to the debt and the arrangement of the military. Which means it doesn’t really matter if you’re a bureaucrat or a soldier or a blogger or an entrepreneur or a professor or a teacher. It all depends on who decides and strategizes the best based on the knowledge and information they have. It’s an information game above all else. That’s all it is.
