“Kama Sutra.” Ignore at your own peril and risk. “Kama” stands for love and lust, and “Sutra” stands for teachings and verses. Or “aphorisms on love.” Written by a learned man of his time, the “Kama Sutra” is all about guiding the reader towards finding the right balance or equilibrium between virtue (Dharma) and money (Artha) and pleasure (Kama). It is this particular balance and equilibrium which is lost on us in Western or modern society, hence all the crises and dilemmas we face. We strive for “success” in modern or Western society without really knowing or recognizing that “success” both in this life and in the afterlife amounts to a very fine balance or equilibrium between virtue, money, and pleasure. No one in their right mind would consider a corrupt, broke incel as fitting our definition or criteria of “success.” But our society is now loaded and flooded with them, unfortunately. As a matter of fact, Washington is now a corrupt, broke incel. And it is because something as basic and essential and vital as the proper balance between our ascetic and hedonistic needs and impulses is lost on us for some bizarre and odd reason.
