Small steps taken on a daily basis and in the short run as part of a daily routine or structure, such as cutting expenses and paying down debt and saving some money, giving an earful to someone corrupt in a logical and rational way, reading and writing, and doing something to improve one’s mental and physical health can lead to results over a long period of time or over the long run. For me personally, it’s about the daily routine and structure more than anything else at this point in time, especially after years of lacking such a routine and structure and thus having been a mess and all over the place mentally and psychologically. It’s a mind game. It’s all in the mind.
