Habib Qaderi was wildly popular among the Afghan diaspora and even among some of the youth in Afghanistan during the 1990’s and early 2000’s. I’ve met him a couple of times, and he’s a very nice guy. He’s also known to be very stylish and well-dressed. I recall going to La Jolla about nine years ago – Habib Qaderi is based in Southern California – and they were playing his hits in a lounge there. His music was erotic and trendy enough to get played at a lounge in La Jolla. So if it’s good enough for a lounge in La Jolla, then it’s good enough for me too! He deserves an introduction to the blogosphere and White America.
