And after I was all done, subconsciously and unconsciously and by error and mistake, I headed north on the highway instead of south and went straight to the casino I’d usually go to after such nights for a poker game. For some reason, it eluded me that I had to head home for “The Great Game” to terrorize and intimidate prudes and stuck-ups. Constant repetition of the past and the pursuit of complete satisfaction. That’s the way the mind operates. And while life is all just a dream and a matter of clinging onto certain memories, it’s very much about the subconscious and unconscious fantasy and wish that seeks fulfilment as well.
