Overwhelm local forces in Ukraine if you’re the Russians because it all hinges on the local forces if you’re the West, but do so not as a blitzkrieg, but rather, as a war of attrition at a time when America has committed itself to overextension on one hand and underbalancing when it comes to the Russian threat in particular on the other hand. This is perhaps the crux of Russia’s tactical approach to the overall strategy of eternal and perpetual war with the West.
