Fourth Note to “The Making of Russian Strategy”

When it comes to limited and conventional war, it’s all about numbers. And Russia has the numbers at the moment. Russia is able to tap into places like Iran and China and North Korea and of course its own Muslim population to overwhelm our local forces in Ukraine. And all Russia has to do in order to finally stick it to Germany and England is to overcome our local forces in Ukraine! It follows that no one in the White House or CIA or Pentagon or State Department understands war anymore, unfortunately and disgracefully and shamefully and insolently.
