Note to “The Making of Russian Strategy”

Long story short – and to sum up Russian strategy and thought all in a nutshell – Moscow will defeat Washington in this epic and historic “Great Game” or ‘Cold War’ between East and West which has gone on now for centuries, let alone decades, and this ‘victory’ will now be enabled by the balance of power which has shifted in favor of the East and against the West. So this is where we are now in terms of not just current events, but human history and world history as a whole.
