In essence, and in sum, if it’s all a matter of commitment to a particular decision and strategy, which it is, we now know how Washington and Moscow have each approached the basic and fundamental issue of decision and strategy and have made up their minds in terms of basic decision and strategy when it comes to this historic and long-standing conflict or war between them. And of course, we will touch on decision and strategy in the following posts, but it will perhaps be add-ons to what we have developed in the past in terms of this particular issue or subject of decision and strategy, which as we said before is essential and fundamental to this conflict and war.
