The ideal is to win a conflict or war without fighting at all, which is an art rather than a science. But if the ideal isn’t realized, then what happens is that conflict and war translate into a long chain or series of battles and engagements until the final result or outcome of the conflict and war is rendered and realized. It becomes a protracted war and a “war of attrition” per se. And that’s what the current war in Europe has become, and it can only work to the favor of the Sino-Russian alliance, not to the favor of America. Believe me. Just take my word for it. I’ve become an expert and a specialist on the “Cold War” now. I’ve lived it all my life and I was born out of it.
