And of course, given all of the aforementioned, it follows that Washington is not even at the starting point when it comes to negotiations and talks with Moscow. And if Washington is not even at the starting point when it comes to negotiations and talks with Moscow, it follows that Moscow has the upper hand over Washington. And if Moscow has the upper hand over Washington, it follows that Washington is not negotiating and talking with Moscow from a position of strength. And if Washington is not negotiating and talking with Moscow from a position of strength, it follows that Moscow will seek to dominate and exploit to the fullest and maximum extent possible. How Washington gets to a position of negotiating and talking with Moscow from a position of strength so that Moscow does not dominate and exploit is an open question. But of course, Washington is very far from getting there at the present moment.
