“Carbonara.” Considered among the top 25 in the country today. From conflict and war, we change our focus to art and pleasure. The hope is to change the focus once and for all. And in terms of culinary arts and hedonism, what can beat old school New York style Italian cuisine? Our goal is ‘Hidden New York’ after all. Where else is there to go aside from ‘Hidden New York’ if you’re in America? It’s also a nod to my New York roots on my birthday of all days. For appetizer, Arancini, and for the main course, Spicy Rigatoni Alla Vodka with grilled chicken. Let’s see how it goes. There’s so much to offer here, but we had to stop somewhere. So let’s see how it goes.
