Guerrillas – through sheer power of the mind and spirit – create conditions for impact and success “out of nothing.” Their maneuvers and tactics first and foremost consist of capitalizing off of the mistakes and the stupidity of the enemy, through which the guerrillas “bring about favorable conditions for success and then to use them to gain an advantage over the enemy” to borrow from Clausewitz. And as we see in a number of cases in recent history, the maneuvers and tactics have worked.
