The art of war is of “utmost” importance to the state and the manner by which the art of war is crafted and executed determines the fate of an entire nation, as Sun Tzu said. The question then becomes one of how the issue of “utmost” importance to the state could be handled so poorly and disgracefully in Washington for all these years. History will not look upon those who influenced and manipulated the poor and disgraceful crafting and execution of war in Washington very fondly and positively to say the least.
