I drove past this place the other day and I was determined to try it. “Ocean Prime.” And what I found out is that it is apparently one of America’s most largest and most premier seafood chains, originating from the Midwest – I believe Detroit, Michigan to be specific. You discover something new every day.
For appetizer, their jumbo lump crab cake went so well with the sour tang of the horseradish cream sauce.
And for the main dish, lobster linguine. The red pepper and parmesan sauce combined with the thick and watery lobster was genius. And look at how beautiful it looks.
