As the saying goes: “One man’s freedom fighter is another man’s terrorist.”
Moreover, there is no one in the international system to adjudicate and to enforce what is essentially a balance of power dispute between Washington and Moscow and their competing alliance systems. It is all up to the balance of power, and it becomes solely a matter of how one can permanently change the balance of power in their favor.
