Fourteenth Note to “Essence of Guerrilla Warfare”

An ethical and moral struggle on a global scale between freedom and repression in theory, but in practice, and as we infer from all the various case studies of the Cold War, a brute and nasty geopolitical competition between two bureaucratic and military machines or major powers in Washington and Moscow. And what is the goal or the strategy at the heart of this major power conflict or geopolitical competition and chess game between Washington and Moscow? We find that it does not stop short of domination and annihilation of the other side. Washington penetrated deep into the government ministries of Russia in the 1990’s and enabled criminal gangs and mafias to take over Russia. It follows that any starting point consists of what is actually at stake in a conflict or competition with Moscow, which is none other than the fate of Western culture and civilization and its core principles or values of individual autonomy and individual freedom at the hands of what is essentially a Russian police state.
